«The Protective Security Initiative»

Based on decades of work in the scientific field of protective security, an understanding has emerged of the need to collect and structure information on how a enterprise (company, agency, buisness) can develop verified protection. There has been many different approaches over the years.

There is a variation in scientific understanding, with too little common practice. Following some hint’s that we need an textbook, I have set out to produce a comprehensive textbook on protective security. This initiative has come about through dialogue and cooperation between public organizations in Western countries over a number of years, as well as through dialogue with good actors in the industry. This is referred to as «The Protective Security Initiative».

During the summer and autumn I will publish articles from this work. You are all welcome to provide input!
